Where We Ship

  • Free Standard Shipping to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
  • Surcharges may apply for Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and remote or hard-to-access areas.
  • We also ship to Canada and many international destinations. Some countries and regions are restricted.

How Your Order Is Delivered

  • All freight orders are Curbside Delivery by default (driver delivers to the curb or driveway; they do not enter your home or carry items upstairs).
  • For tables over 90" in length, you can choose:

    Customer Unloading – you arrange helpers to unload (no extra cost).

    Carrier Unloading Service – forklift + certified operator provided (+$600).

    Premium Unloading + Professional Installation – unloaded, brought indoors, and assembled (+$800 total).

Production & Transit Time

  • Custom / Made-to-Order Pieces

    Standard: ready to ship in approx. 9–12 weeks after drawing approval.

    Expedited: ready to ship in approx. 6–9 weeks (additional fee).

    All timelines are estimates due to the handmade nature of our epoxy and wood products.

Why my order was not paid successfully?

Usually, we found payment failed due to bank payment security protection.
Here are some suggestions for you to place the order successfully:

  1. Please kindly confirm with the bank service at first and try again
  2. If you have tried 3 times already, please wait for 24h and try again; you can also change another card to make the payment
  3. Contact your bank and explain this transaction is by yourself
  4. Request your bank to allow the payment, then the order will be paid successfully
  5. Try to Pay via Paypal.
  6. Tell us your order number, we’ll help to check the status and arrange to send out the parcel for you

We stand behind the quality of every piece we make. EPOHOME warrants to the original purchaser that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from the delivery date.

This warranty is non-transferable and subject to the exclusions below.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Custom components

    Any custom-designed or non-standard materials (such as special fabrics, foams, or finishes).
  • Environmental exposure

    Damage from outdoor use, direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, humidity, or moisture. Our tables are designed for indoor use only.
  • Natural wood characteristics

    Natural variations like knots, grain patterns, small checks, or color changes—these are inherent to real wood, not defects.
  • Improper cleaning products

    Use of solvents, alcohol, abrasive cleaners, or harsh chemicals on resin or wood surfaces.
  • Accidents, misuse, or alterations

    Damage caused by abuse, improper handling, incorrect assembly or maintenance, or any modifications made after the product leaves our workshop.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim within the 6-month coverage period, please email us with:

  • Your full contact information
  • Item number and product description
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the defect
  • Proof of purchase and delivery date

We may inspect the product via photos/video or, when applicable, in person.

At our discretion, we will repair, replace, or provide parts as the appropriate remedy.

Repair Services

If your epoxy table develops minor issues (such as small cracks or paint peeling), we may provide:

  • Complimentary repair services, and
  • Any necessary repair materials (e.g., touch-up paint or sealants),

subject to our evaluation of the specific case.

Care & Use Guidelines

To help protect your table and maintain coverage:

  • Keep it away from direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme heat.
  • Clean with a soft cloth and a neutral, non-abrasive cleaner.
  • Use coasters, pads, and placemats to prevent scratches or surface damage.
  • Periodically check and tighten any hardware or fasteners.

Additional Important Details

  • Size tolerance

    We maintain a 1/2" tolerance for tabletop dimensions and base heights. If you need exact, zero-tolerance measurements, they must be requested and confirmed at the time of order.
  • Shipping damage

    If there is visible damage upon delivery:

    Note “damaged” on the carrier’s receipt before signing.

    Photograph the packaging and product from multiple angles.

Phase 1: Material Selection

  • Wood species: Carefully selected Walnut, Olive, or Poplar, chosen for beauty and durability.
  • Shape: Custom-cut or natural live-edge designs to match your space and style.
  • Resin: Fully customizable color and transparency so you can get exactly the look you want.

Phase 2: Preparation

  • Wood prep: Slabs are cleaned, trimmed, and sealed with a thin coat of resin to block dust and bacteria.
  • Degassing: Our resin mix is placed in a vacuum chamber for 30–60 minutes to remove microbubbles before pouring.

Phase 3: The Build

  • Layered pouring: Resin is poured in multiple stages — typically 3–5 layers, with each layer curing for about 2 days.
  • Curing: We use a torch to release rising bubbles and achieve a clear, glass-like finish.
  • Demolding: Once fully cured, the piece is carefully removed from the mold to protect the edges.

Phase 4: Finishing

  • Sanding & varnishing: The surface is leveled and finished with 5–6 coats of scratch-resistant protection.
  • Final coat: Applied in a controlled, dust-free room for a flawless appearance.
  • Quality check: Every table goes through a detailed inspection; raised areas are polished and any microvoids are filled.

Delivery

  • Total production time: Approximately 20–30 days.
  • After final inspection, your table is securely packed and shipped—ready to become the centerpiece of your home.

Order Cancellations

  • Within 6 hours of purchase

    Cancellations with a valid reason are accepted within the first 6 hours.
  • After 6 hours / once production or shipment begins

    Orders cannot be cancelled once in production or in transit.

    Orders cancelled after 72 hours from purchase are subject to a 40% cancellation fee to cover materials, labor, and processing.

Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility window

    Returns/refunds are available within 30 days of delivery for non-custom items with a verifiable product defect.

    After 30 days, we’re unable to offer a return or refund.
  • Customized & special orders

    Custom products, custom showroom pieces, and special orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of clear manufacturing defects confirmed by EPOHOME.
  • Condition of returned items

    Must be in “as-new” condition—unused and free from damage, stains, or alterations not caused by EPOHOME.

    If restoration or repair is needed, related costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • Restocking & return shipping

    A 40% restocking fee applies to returned items, pending inspection.

    Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs (we can help arrange return freight upon request).

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We cannot provide refunds or compensation for issues caused by:

  • Natural disasters or severe weather
  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest
  • Pandemics or public health emergencies
  • Other major events or circumstances beyond our control

Quality Assurance & Damages

  • Before shipping

    Every piece is thoroughly inspected prior to leaving our workshop.
  • If you receive a wrong, damaged, or faulty item

Natural Wood Characteristics & Environment

Many EPOHOME pieces use solid wood and other natural materials:

  • Natural variations

    Knots, small cracks, grain variations, and color differences are normal and not defects and are not valid reasons for return or refund.
  • Dimensional movement

    Wood can expand or contract with temperature and humidity changes.

    Minor movement, small gaps, or slight warping from environmental changes are considered normal and are not grounds for a refund. Adjusting the room climate often improves these issues.
  • Indoor use only

    Our wood furniture is intended for indoor use. Long-term exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, or extreme temperatures is not covered by our refund policy.

Disputes & Chargebacks

If you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us first—we genuinely want the chance to make things right.

If a dispute or chargeback is filed:

  • We will cooperate fully with your bank or card issuer and provide all requested documentation.
  • We will abide by the final decision made by the financial institution, whether it favors EPOHOME or the customer.
