Warranty

EPOHOME warrants to the original purchaser that our products are free from defects in workmanship and materials for 6 months from the delivery date.

  • This warranty is non-transferable.

  • Coverage is subject to the exclusions listed below.

Exclusions (What’s Not Covered)

This warranty does not cover:

  • Custom components
    Any custom-designed parts or materials (for example, special fabrics, foams, or finishes) that are not part of our standard offerings.

  • Environmental exposure
    Damage caused by outdoor use, direct sunlight, extreme temperatures, humidity, or moisture. Our products are intended for indoor use only.

  • Natural wood characteristics
    Natural variations in the wood—such as knots, grain differences, small checks, and color shifts—are inherent characteristics, not defects.

  • Improper cleaning products
    Use of solvents, alcohol, abrasive cleaners, or harsh chemicals on resin or wood surfaces may void the warranty.

  • Accidental damage or misuse
    Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper handling, incorrect assembly or maintenance, or any modifications made after the product leaves our workshop.

Warranty Claims

To start a warranty claim, please email us with:

  1. Your full contact information

  2. The item number and product description

  3. A detailed written description of the issue

  4. Photos or videos clearly showing the defect

  5. Proof of purchase and delivery date

  • Claims must be submitted within the 6-month warranty period.

  • EPOHOME may inspect the product (remotely via photos/video or, when applicable, in person).

  • At our discretion, we will repair, replace, or provide parts for the product as the appropriate remedy.

Repair Services

If your epoxy table develops issues such as minor paint peeling or small cracks, we offer:

  • Free repair services and

  • Necessary repair materials (for example, touch-up paint or sealants),

subject to evaluation of the specific case.

Usage & Care Guidelines

To protect your table and maintain warranty coverage, please:

  • Avoid direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme heat.

  • Clean regularly with a neutral, non-abrasive cleaner and a soft cloth.

  • Prevent scratches by avoiding sharp, rough, or abrasive items directly on the surface; use coasters and pads where possible.

  • Periodically check hardware and tighten screws or fasteners as needed.

Important Notes

  • Size tolerance
    EPOHOME maintains a 1/2" tolerance for tabletop dimensions and base heights. If you require exact measurements, they must be requested and confirmed on your order.

  • Shipping damage
    If you notice visible damage at delivery:

    • Note “damaged” on the carrier’s receipt before signing.

    • Photograph the packaging and product from multiple angles.

    • Contact us promptly with your documentation so we can assist with a resolution.
