EPOHOME Manufacturing Process
At ORIN HOME, transparency is part of our process. Here is the step-by-step workflow behind our premium resin tables.
Phase 1: Material Selection
-
Wood Species: Choose from durable Walnut, Olive, or Poplar.
-
Shape: Custom-cut or natural live-edge.
-
Resin: Fully customizable color and transparency.

Phase 2: Preparation
-
Wood Prep: Slabs are cleaned, trimmed, and sealed with a thin resin coat to lock out dust and bacteria.
-
Degassing: We vacuum-chamber our resin mix (30–60 mins) to eliminate microbubbles before pouring.

Phase 3: The Build
-
Layered Pouring: We pour in stages. Most tables require 3–5 layers, with each layer curing for 2 days.
-
Curing: Using a torch to remove rising bubbles, we ensure a glass-like solidity.
-
Demolding: The cured piece is carefully released to protect the edges.

Phase 4: Finishing
-
Sanding & Varnishing: After leveling the surface, we apply 5–6 coats of scratch-resistant finish for durability.
-
Final Coat: Applied in a sterile, dust-free room for a pristine look.
-
QC Check: A rigorous inspection to polish raised areas and fill microvoids.
